Lawyer & Business Consultant, with a Master's Degree in IP&IT (Intellectual Property and Information Technology) by ESADE, Eva started working in the video game industry on 1999 while working at Bit Managers.
Eva joined Abylight on 2008 as a consultant and as a key staff member on December 2009. Made partner on June 2010 and CEO on July 2011.
She impulsed the creation of PAD (Professional Associated Developers) on 2013 and is President since its foundation.
Nacho started programming BASIC at the age of 8 on a Sinclair ZX81. As amateur, at the age of 15, he published his first game using assembly language for the ZX Spectrum. He continued developing for PC as he grounded the studio "Mixt Dimension".
In 1999 Nacho moved to Barcelona to start working at Bit Managers (now Virtual Toys), where he programmed for Nintendo consoles: Game Boy, Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance. At GBA he would be Lead Programmer.
Nacho step down from managing Abylight in 2011, when he then passed onto Eva the leadership role to concentrate on creative and technical direction.
Talented multidisciplinary creative, Alberto started his professional path in the video game industry in the year 1988 as a graphic artist and rapidly evolved to music composition and programming at the extinct New Frontier.
Later on, he co-founded Bit Managers where he worked from 1993 until 2003, mostly as a musician and programmer, taking part in the development of over 40 titles.
He also cofounded Abylight where he has performed several roles: musician, programmer, designer & producer.
Graduated in Electronics, Ricardo got involved in the video game industry as a programmer for the company New Frontier (1990-93) and later on as a co-founder of Bit Managers (1993-2003).
His entrepreneurial spirit and love for video games got him involved again in the funding of Abylight. His professional curriculum includes over 40 published games for different platforms with a worldwide impact.
Ricardo is the kind of talent that we wished we could clone.
Graduated in computer science, Miguel began his journey programming homebrew video games in his teens. He founded "Atomic Flavor" where he worked from 2008 to 2011 and then worked as a video game indie developer from 2011 to 2015.
After working in different areas such as graphic design, 3D modeling, training, mobile application programming or graphic programming, he joined Abylight in 2015 to work as Engine programmer.
Mentor, journalist and curator. After worked in the indie video game studio A crowd of monsters, he joins Abylight in the Publishing department. Ramón excels at video game analysis, PR strategy and has an eagle eye for indie titles. He select our publishing projects and plan the best communication strategy.
Audiovisual communicator by UPV (Universitat Politècnica de Valencia). In 2016 joins Abylight as assistant manager and now takes part in the communication & PR department. Carlos creates, manages and distributes content about our games in all media outlets. He carries out the marketing actions to reach to the public.
Computer Engineer by FIB (Facultat d’Informàtica de Barcelona). In 2013, he created his first game ‘Attack of the Spooklings’ with Pícaro Games and studied the Master’s degree of Video Games in UPC, creating ‘Play Time Stories’.
Before that, he had been working creating interactive products for Editorial Planeta among others. In 2014, he joined Abylight as a game programmer.
