Just a few months after Prison Tycoon: Under New Management has escaped Early Access and the free Roll Call DLC has been released, publisher Ziggurat Interactive and developer Abylight Barcelona (that’s us!) are back with a new exciting DLC called “Maximum Security”.
It’s been an exciting past couple of months as we work closely with Ziggurat Interactive on the new Maximum Security DLC for Prison Tycoon: Under New Management. On top of regular updates and bug fixes, we’ve listened to our community and players’ feedback to make new and better content.
Maximum Security adds a variety of new tools and systems to your arsenal to help you reform new inmates. Take advantage of new high-tech robots and K9 guards so you can secure your facility, and reform and rehabilitate inmates using new unique therapies that will aid in reintegrating them with the outside world.
As the warden in the new Maximum Security DLC for Prison Tycoon: Under New Management, players will be tasked to rehabilitate the most rebellious and troublesome inmates. Don’t fret because there are a lot of new tools at your disposal, like laser tracking cameras and high-security towers, to name a few. Wishing for new guard types or user-defined patrol paths? We’ve got that covered too!
Key Features of the Maximum Security DLC
🚨 En Garde!: Increase guard efficiency and keep overhead down with all-new K9 guards, robot units, and robot K9 units. The best part? You can pet the dog!
🚨 New Kid on the (Cell) Block: Meet the new Maximum Security prisoners, who sport a rough look and tend to have a complicated past that requires new therapy rooms. Help address their needs through rehabilitation and keep them secured from the general population.
🚨 New Inmates, New Therapies: New types of inmates pose new challenges that you need to work through as a warden. Apply new therapy types to keep them on track to recovery.
🚨 Built to Last: Build new max security buildings that are designed for the most dangerous prisoners. Players can build max security cells, max security isolation cells, therapy rooms, and other standard rooms in this new building.
